Who We Are
The Bridge Household exists to provide safe, stable, and nurturing support for youth and young adults ages 14–24 who are navigating housing insecurity or involvement in the child welfare system. Our mission is to offer a safe, stable, and nurturing environment that bridges the gap from crisis to opportunity. Through comprehensive life skills development, academic guidance, and tailored postsecondary pathways, we commit to empowering our participants, whether they are in high school, entering college, starting their careers, or engaging in service.
We envision a future where every youth and young adult impacted by the child welfare system or housing instability has access to the care, resources, and guidance needed to thrive. The Bridge Household aspires to be a transformative force, turning uncertainty into stability and adversity into opportunity, empowering each young person to transition into adulthood with confidence, purpose, and hope.
