Who Can Apply?

Age: Youth and young adults ages 14–24

Situation: The Bridge Household supports youth and young adults who are experiencing housing insecurity or housing instability, navigating the foster care system or transitioning out of care, and those who have experienced involvement with the juvenile justice system.

Location: Tri-State organization offering services in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and North Carolina

Background: We are an inclusive organization that serves youth and young adults from all walks of life.
